NOW . . . are you aware of your breath?
While still looking at your computer screen, allow more into your peripheral vision: up, down, sides.
Notice the contact of your sit-bones with your chair.
Notice the length of your arms as your fingers gently touch the keyboard and mouse.
How does your neck feel? Could you ease up a bit and allow your head to float on top of your spine?
Don't forget your legs.
Could you free your hips, knees and ankles more while still reading the screen and seeing peripherally?
Are you still breathing!?
